This summer has been an exciting and rewarding time for the Brian O'Neill Jr. Foundation. Recently, we had the privilege of engaging with students at YEPs camp and RYLA camp, introducing them to the Sources of Strength program. Our sessions included a fun game, followed by a meaningful activity where students created meditation bracelets. Each colored bead on the bracelet represents a different strength, and we concluded with a calming breathing exercise to reinforce these strengths.
Our outreach efforts don't stop here. We are looking forward to another camp in July, where we will continue to connect with students and promote our mission within the community. We are incredibly grateful for these unique opportunities to reach out and make a difference. A big thank you to YEPs and RYLA camps for allowing us to be part of their programs and for their support in spreading our message of strength and resilience.
