Meet Our Team

Mikayla is 1 of 3 siblings to Brian O'Neill Jr, aka BJ. As the Creative Director for the foundation, she develops impactful and inspiring visual campaigns that help drive our mission in a creative direction. She works as an assistant clinician in Chicago with children diagnosed with learning and developmental disabilities and continues her work as a freelance artist. Her passion is to use art in a healing, holistic way. Mikayla focuses on developing a deep commitment to fostering personal growth and well-being through her continued education to become an art therapist counselor at Adler University. Through art, she can help individuals find their strengths, navigate life's challenges, and promote the message of the Brian ONeill Jr Foundation.
