Jill Drooger Leathers is a dedicated educator in the local community. Born in Michigan, but raised in Clear Spring, MD, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture from the Pennsylvania State University in 1984 and her Masters of Business Administration from Shenandoah University in 1988. She most recently received her Masters of Early Intervention from WVU in 2013. Jill is an entrepreneur, owning several small businesses over the years, and has spent the past 19 years with Berkeley County Schools serving the local community. She has been an active volunteer with 4H and FFA as her children participated, and now spends her spare time working to improve the lives of her students and with her precious granddaughter.
