Get to know the passionate individuals driving the mission of the Brian O’Neill Jr. Foundation, working tirelessly to create impactful change in our community.

Lee O'Neill

Lee is a wife and mother of 4. She is the mother of Brian O'Neill, Jr. She graduated with a Social Work degree in 1992 from Carroll College in Helena, MT.  She has experience working with homeless, children, CPS, guardianship, nursing homes and for the last 22 years in the hospital setting working with many demographics.  She is currently an ER Case Manager at Inova Loudoun Hospital. She has worked on numerous committees throughout the years which has included participating in developing a program in identifying substance exposed infants and providing resources to mothers/families and making policy changes for various causes. She is also a licensed Accredited Case Manager who prides herself on being resourceful and helping others get connected to those resources.  She is a certified trainer for Sources of Strength and is working on becoming a Regional Trainer.
